Amazing work done by Alvin and Chad. Would totally recommend them for railing work. Best in class.

They were responsive and reasonably priced during the consultation, and when it came time to deliver and install, they were prompt, professional and flexible. For anyone needing new railings or stairs, I'll be recommending them to family and friends in the GTA for years to come!

At first, Alvin was tough to get a hold of but eventually he came by my home, took measurements and went through the few ideas I had for indoor stair railings. He offered suggestions and spent time going through the inspiration photos I had and my options, and boy was he worth the wait. The railings came out even better than what I envisioned. Alvin is polite, hardworking and great to deal with, but sometimes good people can be terrible contractors too. That was not the case with Alvin and I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was clean, efficient, and cared thoroughly about his work. He told me he sometimes gets 50 emails a day and that's why he takes a while to respond because he'd rather do quality work than focus on quantity (and take on too many jobs). If you can get Alvin to do your railings (or stairs too), you won't regret it. His worker Kyle was a great also and you can see he has learned well from working with Alvin. Lastly, he gave me a timeline of 3-4 weeks for installation and he met that schedule exactly, and how many contractors does that happen with? Thanks for the great work!

Ultra stairs was amazing to work with! After I contacted the company for a quote Alvin responded with a very quick turnaround, came for a visit and presented a quote within a day or so. He was thoughtful and had great attention to detail on the design of the wood slat wall, nosing and railings. He raised issues and questions on things I hadn't thought or or wasn't aware. He delivered on time and on budget compared to the quote he gave. He was responsive and very patient. Overall a meaningful contrast to the stairs company my contractors originally recommended. I wish I had gotten to know Ultra earlier and given them the stairs work as well since my stairs were delayed by a few weeks. Could not recommend enough!

Words cannot describe how great the experience with Alvin was. No one would take on our project. It was complicated. Alvin was very responsive to our request for adding a hand-rail to help my wife with the stairs during an illness. On-site visit was arranged quickly, accommodating our schedule, adjusted things as needed during the installation to align with the existing stairs, and cleaned up after the installation. No hesitation to reuse for other projects or recommend to others.
